I was searching online and came across DMAC as I was looking to have a dead hard drive replaced in an iMac. This was the first time I had been in the store and I am very impressed. Friendly, helpful and quick. In less than 24hrs I have a new HD installed. Two thumbs up for great customer service!

I love Apple Stores but going in to one is a challenge since most kids use them as hang outs, especially the one in Richmond Centre.
DMAC is one of the alternatives. Located on the northside of Lansdowne, where Earl's is, parking is plenty.
DMAC have everything from Macbooks to iPads to softwares and hard drives, just like the Apple Store in Richmond Centre, in a much smaller scale. You can browse and demo Apple products without the huge crowd. They also service sad Macs and make them work like new again. Next door to them is their discount store, offering accessories for your all your gadgets.
The staff is super friendly, and very knowledgeable about all things Apple.
