Disclaimer: I have never lived here, so I may not be familiar with the intricacies of the building's condo board. Nonetheless, I feel qualified to review having been in several of the units of friends. The location is top notch. Right in the heart of Queen West, this was one of the first condo buildings in the area. Close to clubland, Spadina, Queen W shopping, loads of restaurants and it has great parking, spa services (Ra), a market and dry cleaner on the first floor. Only thing missing is a Starbucks, for which you have to walk across Spadina. Views on either side are stunning and with balconies on every unit, this building is hard to beat. No worries about jealousy. Some residents might be a little annoyed by clublands finest patrons around 3am, but go out and join them!
