Decent enough buffet with selection of food. Naans were super fresh and the fresh BBQ area was a nice touch. Service was good....place lacks atmosphere.

I purchased the Sham Middle Eastern Buffet 2 * 1 buffet offer on a discount web-site....so I went for dinner with my wife......
Sham Middle Eastern Buffet was terrible!!!! The restaurant was dirty; the carpets are old, the washrooms are dirty. The food was bad (and I usually enjoy middle eastern food). The dinner buffet consisted of left-overs from the lunch buffet. There was no stuffed zucchini, or shrimp with vegetables as advertised. The kebabs were dry and nothing was fresh!!
The Sham Buffet is definitly a place to avoid. I felt bad about losing time and money. Don't go!
