Delicados is a great downtown lunch spot with lots of healthy options.
They specialize in rollups - tortilla with protien and sauce - several fresh salad choices, and a good soup of the day. I like a salad plate with three of the fresh salads, or half a big burritto with a salad choice. Soup is usually good and there is always a special on - I have enjoyed the Falafel Pie for example.
Everything is made fresh in the back. Can get a bit busy at lunch. There is a few tables down and a few tables up but all service is from the counter. -

Is everything normally microwaved?
Bad service tonight.
Didn't even acknowledge us for about three minutes and we are the only people here. Too busy gossiping.It seems I was really bothering her asking how a salad was. Abrupt, rude.
Girl microwaving our food cleans while she waits, no hand wash between chemicals and touching my plate and utensils. Yum.
