Review from Roanna Z.
I've stopped in here a couple of times to grab a cup to go. I usually have a Soy Cappuccino and I've never had to reject one of those drinks.
The espresso is a bit strong, so some times I ask for a little extra soy milk after. I've only had their drip once, and it was decaf which was like bitter brown water. I don't know if it was a fluke or what, but I asked for another drink instead and they were really nice about it. I got Decaf espresso Americana.
I like this location, if you go up the left side lane there's a nice place to sit outside. The front of the cafe has a table or two, but it's not as pleasant to sit there. -
Review from Sarah O.
Reasonable prices for tea and pastries for breakfast. It's not anything spectacular but the space is nice and the workers are pleasant. Great location to grab a quick drink before heading down to the seawall. When the weather gets nice, expect lots of dogs to be hanging out on the patio!

Been here a few times. Usually have a latte. The espresso tasted like crap the last time I went there. I wish I would have tasted it before I left.

I think it says something about the Delany's in Dundarave when a Starbucks opens up right next door, and the customers just keep flocking to the indie guys. This Delany's serves great coffee, panini sandwiches, and fresh-baked muffins, and has lots of room for sitting and reading the paper, or just hanging out. There's also a nice patio space outside, out towards the back, with a nice view of the sea.
It's right near the entrance to the Dundarave seawall, where you'll also see plenty of people clutching their Delany's to-go cups. It's at least one brand name even I can afford in West Van. -

With at least four coffee shops on this block of Marine Drive, Delany's is by far the most popular. It's always bustling and for good reason. They serve up good coffee, but my favourite thing is that they serve pastries from Tartlets.
