    I can't say I had the best experience when I went to Defalco's, but I'm not exactly a wine making expert, which I'm sure has something to do with it. The place itself is packed with everything one might need to make wine or beer, or you can have them do most of the work and you go pick it up once it's ready. I bought a wine making kit for my parents and what really threw me off was the service. They weren't overly helpful with a newbie to the industry (ie. me) and that made things frustrating. I eventually got everything I needed, but it took some doing. I would suggest you do your homework before heading here, it will likely help you if you get lost/confused.
