I was looking for a new hairdresser in North Van, I used to go downtown, but was finding it really expensive when you combine color, cut, gas and parking, it was a bit ridiculous! A girlfriend that I work with has been seeing Christina at Deborah's Place in Edgemont Village, and highly recommended her. I have long curly hair, and have had issues in the past finding someone who can cut it the way I want. Christina did such a great job, exactly what I wanted, and then she gave me the best blowdry ever!! It was perfect, nice and smooth, no frizz, big and bouncy, and it lasted for days.
She was also telling me about this smoothing treatment, I think it was called a keratin treatment, that completely smoothes out your hair, and gets rid of almost all the frizz. It lasts between 4 and 6 months, I have to save up a bit for that, but I'm so doing that next.
I highly recommend Deborah's Place, Christina is amazing, free parking, good prices, and La Galleria, the best sandwich place is Vancouver is right next door.....Perfect!! -

Great hair salon. I came in with a blonde hair color gone wrong, and Jessica did a fantastic correction at a reasonable price. Will be back!!
