DE-DELICIOUS!
It's already on my list of best breakfast place in Vancouver! (haha I accidently typed breast instead of best when I first wrote that. Why I have breast on my mind I have no idea. And now I'm including it in my review.)
The breakfast crowd on the weekend is really busy of course because it's so good! I had the omelette with cheese and ham with hash browns. The food taste so much different here in Canada. Unlike other places in the states, they saturate their hash browns in so much grease that you find yourself blotting the hash browns with your napkin. But here they don't marinate them as much. It's like shiny with grease at all. I love how great it taste!
Now they have these amazing pancakes too! They look like crepes at first and they're HUGE! If you order take out, they come served in pizza boxes. I thought they screw up my order but they explained it was the easiest way for them to do. Makes perfect sense.
Never been here for lunch since this location closes around 3 on the weekend. But if it's anything like breakfast I'll defiantly go!
The food is good but not exceptional. But my main issue is that when my order of wild salmon scramble arrived on a giant platter it could have easily fed 3 grown men. When the server came to take my plate away, barely touched, she said that next time she recommended the half-order. A heads-up at the time I was ordering would have been helpful.
Bathroom is gross and the "air freshener" is so overpowering it takes a while to get the scent out of your nose.
I don't plan to go back next time I'm in Vancouver.
