Review from Alex A.
Cons: No AC so windows have to stay open to stay cool, which also means you get the street noise. Cramped bathroom. Floor trim in the bathroom came off! General unclean feeling.
Pros: location is central to restaurants and attractions. -

You get what you pay for.
We got a really good deal on a hotel at this place, so I can't really complain. You get a continental breakfast each morning (and me not knowing exactly what a continental breakfast was felt very confused and misled) or a credit towards what I would call a real breakfast. The elevator is something to be experienced - as it gets to your floor, it jumps a little bit and always scared me. However, as far as the rooms go, they were nice, the bathroom was a bit dated, but all of it was clean and we got a nice view of the harbour. It's also in a good location, pretty close to downtown, though not quite in the centre of it. I'd stay here if you're just looking for a place to stay while you're in Victoria, but if you're looking for a super romantic getaway, this is not your place.
