    David Crick is a complete class act!  I had a really tough condo property to sell for a number of reasons.  A few of them were:
    1.  Originally, I had a difficult tenant, that made gaining entry into the unit unpredictable and at times, stressful.
    2.  The property was priced to sell, but there was an ongoing special assessment that was a challenge
    3.  The recession had a lot of properties on the market, so competition was fierce.

    David, Theresa and Jo did an amazing job wading through those challenges and got the job done!  They advised me how to price and what incentives to offer to move the property -- and it did!!!  I got the price I wanted and there is a new, happy owner taking possession this week!
