A fantastic place to go for vegetarians and vegans and those of us who want to know exactly where our food is coming from. A great selection for all tastes. I love the spinach salad with mushrooms and macadamia nuts!
Make a reservation, though. You won't be disappointed!1 Previous Review: Show all »

Review from John R.

I was impressed and enjoyed this place when it first opened, however since the renovation everything I liked about it before is now missing.
I would like to support a restaurant like this however I do not know what to say other then between the so-so service, and the average food, it is not a place I will be going to any time soon. -

This place use to be a full-on sit down restaurant/juice bar. Not sure what happened next door (I think it does catering now), but now the eatery has shrunken down into a tiny casual service area in the corner of Organza Market. The previous place had some interesting locally sourced, organic fare. I loved the juice bar - and their food while not amazing was decent and well priced.
It's a casual sandwich, wrap kind of place. You place your order at the counter and pay first then receive your meal. Tried the organic beef burger ($7); for that price, I just got a burger with lettuce, tomato and a pickle. I know there's a premium on organic items but come on, even a side slaw would've been nice! It would've been nice if the server had told me that no sides came with the order cause it's not that obvious on the menu. So if you're hungry, order something extra on top of your sandwich order. The burger was stacked really high...not a fan of that as it just turns into a mess because the burger can't contain itself properly. Plus the whole grain bun was sort of stale so it was dry and broke apart into pieces as I was eating the burger. The beef patty was super juicy but could've used more herbs and seasonings as it tasted bland. Not a burger I'd order again.
Also tried the roast beef sandwich ($7), for some reason I assumed it'd be a warm sandwich but it was cold deli meat. The roast beef was good quality, unlike the usual deli stuff that's full of nitrates and other weird sh*t. But it was a cold and bland sandwich with havarti cheese and some veggies.
The fresh lemonade ($3.50) and sweetened ice teas ($3) are delicious but the food is not memorable at all. And service was not great either.
