    I have used Dan for four transactions now, two sales and two purchases.  Our first was selling a townhome and moving to a newer home.  I was a reluctant to use a full service realtor and was going to use a discount one but after meeting and seeing how kind and professional he was we proceeded.

    the sale and purchase was seemless.   We chose to work with Dan again to sell that home and buy another - despite the market being slow he had it sold fairly fast and again found us a great home.  We had a few hic-ups along the way and Dan guided us, took control of the situation and made sure my wife who was pregnant did not get all stressed out.

    Definitely recommend!
