Unpretentious and, as a result, kinda dignified. Dallas has been serving classic Mediterranean fast, but good, food for years. There's few good Souvlaki places in Vancouver, but this is one of them.

If we're out of food, don't wanna get groceries and aren't ordering from Panago, then chances are we've got a feast from Dallas on the way!
Their pizzas are great, huge and have always tasted fresh, but their souvlaki is my favorite! It tastes great, their tzatziki is wonderfully garlic-filled, and their lemon potatoes are very tangy. My boyfriend loves their pasta! It's a huge portion even he has trouble finishing! If we're REALLY low on food and really, REALLY lazy (read: hungover) we'll order one of their combo specials. Two HUGE pastas, an enormous pizza, garlic bread and a giant salad that two can share?! Sold! It's enough food that you can essentially put off doing groceries for three more meals! Take that hangover, we win again!!
I don't love their salads as much as Panago's, but what they lack for in fancy ingredients they make up for in quantity! I mean, each salad contains a big enough portion of iceberg lettuce to give the Titanic something to worry about. Not great, but one salad is enough for me and my bottomless pit boyfriend, so it's good if we're on a budget! -

I passed this place by so many times on account of its looks. I don't really do pizza and the place didn't look very nice, mostly because of the fluorescent lights, mismatched decor and uninspired location. BUT! I judged unfairly; my more open-minded boyfriend started going there and of course I nibbled the food he brought back. Not too shabby at all! Holy hummus! They are NOT shy with the garlic. The lasagna is tasty, although tonight it had a strange barbecue note.... anyway, they make quality food here, are open late, and the guy who works (owns?) there is really sweet. In other words, a total gem, especially when I don't want to make dinner! However, most of the food is on the heavy (and large-portioned) side so it's not too diet-friendly, and it's hard to avoid animal products.

I have died and gone to pizza heaven!
I don't know exactly what it is that makes it so good, but these guys know how to make a mean tasting pizza.
Their greek salad is also superb. As is their spinach pie...
The only downside? It's more-ish, so your waistline may suffer ;) -

I bring in their souvlaki for work dinners (20+ people) and it always goes over very well. Huge portions and tastes great.

I order from these guys quite a bit, since they're the only pizza/souvlaki menu that ever comes through my door. I mean, that's why I ordered from them initially, but it's the best tzatziki and lemon roasted potatoes EVAR that keep me coming back. Seriously, it is the tastiest, most garlicky tzatziki I've ever had, and one of my favourite condiments period. I'd smother nearly anything in that stuff.
I mostly order their souvlaki stuff. The kalamari isn't half-bad either. In fact, that's what I'm having for dinner tonight! -

It's a good place to drop by and pay $2 for a fat slice of pizza on the go. You'll end up paying $15 for one pizza but it gets cheaper as you order more. A nice bonus is free delivery.
