Okay, okay... I wrote a mediocre review about the Dallany's in Coquitlam Center; nonetheless my lovely boyfriend bought me my beloved ring which desperately needed to be sized thanks to my unusally small hands/fingers.
Avoid the "bad" location which we just didn't have good experiences at customer service wise, we decided to zip in my ring to the Lougheed location since it's pretty much across from where we live anyway.
A world of difference!
The rep that helped us was awesome, even without the prospect of commission! Delighted to help us with the sizing he was knowledgeable enough to guesstimate by exact ring size (which he confirmed with the ring sizer of course). Having had to wait for a time my boyfriend could go with me to produce the receipt, I am what we can call a rush to have it done since I want my new sparkly for my upcoming holidays... and ta da, same day sizing!
Very impressed with the service at this location, - they have all the lovely jewelry minus the attitude problems at the other location.
