I went here for a provincial inspection (out of province inspection for ICBC). They were able to book me in right away and the service was very quick and painless. It took less than an hour and came to $78.40 including tax. Metrotown mall is fairly close on foot to kill time.

When a national "tire" store refused to complete my out of province inspection because in their opinion there were too many cosmetic problems to even warrant them trying, I took it to this place instead where they passed my car with only needing a couple minor repairs.
It's a very small, family run business and they don't speak English very well, but if you're looking for a cheap solution to car issues like this, they're a great pick.
