I paid $18 to have them repair a purse by putting a zipper pull back onto zipper, inserting a tab for a strap and re-stitching a 2 inch long seam. They made a complete mess of the job...sewing very crooked stitching lines (varying by almost 1/2 inch from the original position of the stitching line), and did not open the lining in order to do it, so the poor stitching is visible from the outside and the inside of the bag. They completely screwed up what should have been a 5 minute job and they charged an exhorbitant amount to do it! I wouldn't trust them ever again.
