    I just went to this place today to rent a couple of bikes. Ultra helpful, very friendly and cheerful, as well as professional and fast getting our bikes and associated accoutrements together and ready. They gave us a nice bike map, explained how to get where we were going, etc. And it was cheap, too - I think it was only like $25 for four hours. A++.

    Conveniently located next to a bike trail (and a farmers market for buying a picnic lunch), and reasonably priced: cost $48 for a tandem bike for 4 hours.  Lots of good bike paths and a nice way to spend an afternoon in Quebec environs.  Staff were attentive and pleasant.
