If you buy your bike from this place they give you lifetime free maintenance!! SWEET! Everytime I've gone into this store I've gotten very good service and the turn around times on their maintenance is about 3 days which isn't too big of a deal for me personally.
They have good quality bikes for good prices and their sales people know what they're talking about and won't just try to push the most expensive thing.Listed in: Yonge Street!

My BF went in there to look at bikes and parts, wanting to take advantage of their special promotion. The staff were rude and at best indifferent to his needs. He was eventually passed off to the mechanic who impatiently thrust a catalogue at him and made it clear he had no interest in being of service. It was a highly negative and unfortunate experience, and we promptly called our friends who were also going to go there and shop, and told them not to bother.

My boyfriend just bought a gorgeous bike from there " Marin".
Great service, great deals and very knowledgeable staff. They give free maintenance service every year as well. I will get my next bike from there for sure. -

I've bought 2 bikes here. In both cases, great deals and knowledgeable staff. If you put a lot of miles on your bike, the maintenance there is really good as well.
