I can't eat the cupcakes unfortunately as I have a dairy allergy. However, I do come here from time to time to get the mini cupcakes for a party or occasion. The prices are overly inflated so I'm not sure if it's worth it.
I'd love to see them make a vegan cupcake that I could eat. -

this shop is now closed-might have something to do with their ridiculously overpriced, oversweet, not good cupcakes--good riddance!

i will say that after giving this place another chance and buying a cake there i was pleasantly surprised. their cake was moist and delicious, but VERY expensive. why don't they use that recipe on their cupcakes, i wonder.
after thinking more about the cupcake girls edgemont episode i'm thinking that having a store they also have responsibility to drive up walking traffic in that end of the village.....people need a compelling reason to walk down there and cupcakes hasn't really given us one.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Sorry Cupcakes - you guys have jumped the shark, gone downhill, lost your touch. And don't think I haven't noticed that your once huge, moist, and flavourful cupcakes have become smaller, drier, and somewhat less delicious. I'm sorry it has come to this, but perhaps opening too many locations and being sooo popular has caused you to lose sight of quality control. Whatever the reason, we've lost that loving feeling. You're still cute, but there must be more to our relationship than just good aesthetics and dollops of frosting.

Looks can be deceiving. The cupcakes look delicious, unfortunately the cake is dry and tasteless, and sugary icing can't compensate for the cardboard taste. Very disappointing, especially for the inflated price.

A cute idea, but it's hard to choke down cupcakes that do NOT use butter-cream icing. The sugar icing they use is sticky-sweet and rather gritty.
