I was new to the city a year ago, bought an old house and needed to gut the kitchen completely. Robert and his team were great. In fact, Robert went out of his way to help me with other things while I was adjusting to Montreal. For example, drove me to get my winter tires, connected me with his guy so I received a discount. He came with me to the appliance store, (I was buying my own appliances), and he helped me negotiate. He got me a far better deal than I would have on my own. He gave me advice and direction as to where to go for certain things I needed as I moved here.
I do feel the pain of the reviewer below, and certainly will not defend that situation, but felt the need to comment on how great my experience was with them.
The kitchen itself is excellent quality. It's been a year, seen a LOT of use and traffic, and shows no wear whatsoever. I couldn't be more happy with the end product. They designed it from scratch, including the suggestion of moving a wall, radiator and doorway which turned out to be a fantastic idea to gain space.
Along the way there were a couple delays, and unfortunately that is the nature of this business. I know very few people who in any kind of construction or major renovation do not go through any delays. They communicated the delays with me so I knew what to expect, and when there was a delay on my counter top, they installed a temporary counter so we can still use the kitchen in the meantime.
I will say this company is not inexpensive. The old saying you get what you pay for certainly applies.
