Review from Larry L.
I've been here a half a dozen times or so over the past few years.
Tonight was their Mothers day special, but they were all booked up.
I have to say that my favourite pasta's in town is now gone, but before them this was the place to go if you didn't want to get trapped with eating those HK style pasta's that just didn't cut it.
This place could at least make it better. It's not like Kinemi's kitchen or real Italian.
I'd say it was Italian with a bit of Asian flavah. Like authentic Italian food if you were in Taipei. Regionally specifc to that area.
So in their own attempts, it is good. I have enjoyed their food and so has my brother, ex wives, ex girlfriends and almost girlfriends. All of whom like a plate of decent pasta now and then and conversation.
They used to be in Vancouver, now they're here and now they'll be my go to place in Richmond for Pasta when I'm in town and hankerin for a little Italy in my tummy. -

It is Italian restaurant. This restaurant owned by the Chef who is Taiwanese and run like a family restaurant.
We ordered a pasta set which included soup of today, a choice fr menu pasta and dessert or coffee. Only $23.
The seafood chowder just a bit salty.
Linguine with Prawns & Asparagus in tomato sauce quite disappointed. The sauce was quite light and prawns were tasteless.
Ink-Tonnarelli with Seafood in White Wine Sauce was ok. The pasta just a bit hard and taste very light. -

I've been here twice already, but never ordered the pasta specials. I had the filet mignon, and another time the sea bass. Both were very good, including the sides that came with them. The portions was very decent sized. Also the tiramisu was surprisingly good. The decor is very nice. It's a nice and cozy place for dinner. I wouldn't say it is entirely authentic, but it's a nice change from all those asian foods in Richmond!

Nice atmosphere, good service, and the food is not bad. However they are way over-priced. I ordered a linguine and clam in white wine sauce which is priced @ $16, but I would only pay $8 for it. Therefore I would never go back again...
