History
Established in 2010
Four friends who have worked in the Canadian restaurant scene for well over 30 years combined decided to venture out and open a new dining experience in Kamloops, BC that showcases the use of locally sourced items as well as a focus on keeping the menu Food Allergy friendly. Our passion for the industry is evident from our atmosphere, service and of course the food that we serve. Striving to be a community restaurant by supporting not only local farmers but locally owned and operated businesses by supporting Crush you are also supporting this great community (Kamloops) we live in.
