Another good Crowne Plaza establishment. Talk about being in the midst of things...cinemas, venues, restaurants, art district, heritage walking trail and shopping are all within walking distance. My room had a very nice king size bed with a great view of downtown. I love the Chateau Lacombe sleep system and the complimentary wi-fi. There's a revolving restaurant on the 24th floor with an amazing view of the entire city.
It's not a swanky hotel, but you cannot beat the downtown location.Listed in: Guide to Hotels, Traveling to Canada

Wow, really like this place! Lovely hotel,with a high end decor. Rooms are very quiet and decorated quite nice. Summer here now, so lots of places to walk to. They provide Free wifi,as well as having a business center. Huge King size beds with lovely linens.incredible view from every room. In the true Canadian nature, wonderful customer service. I'll be back!

Absolutely the rudest, least accommodating front desk staff of any hotel I've stayed in. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I dealt with this Hotel - Colette in Sales for our photo booths and she is the best Venue sales person I've dealt with. She goes beyond her duty to make our service work. I love the family feeling of staff at this hotel right from the housekeeping to caterers. The bed was so comfortable and I forgot to check what mattress they use. They did not have any strawberries or berries for my waffles is my only complaint! Funny eh? I recommend this for your economical stay and wedding venues. Please talk to these staff for your weddings! ;)
