Jenika and the coaching team at Crossfit Westside have helped me overcome a back injury and shoulder injury, get into top physical shape, and provide motivation and encouragement along the way as I've reached for my goals. Thanks Jenika!

I joined Crossfit Westside in Nov 2010 and the experience over the past 10 months has completely changed my approach to fitness and workouts. I had gotten bored of following my same routine for years. Crossfit abruptly ended that. Challenging, sometimes intimidating, but never routine or boring, Crossfit Westside pushes you to reach outside your comfort zone, but in a truly supportive manner that makes coming to class always worthwhile. I can't see myself ever going back to my old routine thanks to Jenika and her team.

Meet the Business Owner: Jenika G.
Jenika Gordon first started training Crossfit in 2005. Crossfit was still unknown in Canada at this time, so Jenika went down to California to train with founder of Crossfit, Greg Glassman, and his staff each year. Jenika's passion for helping people get healthy, her love for sport and fitness, and the amazing Crossfit program, led her to open her own gym facility in 2008. Crossfit Westside has enabled her to continue her passion for fitness and enable others to live healthier and more fit lives. "Its all about changing peoples lives, not just mine, but others. Helping others reach new heights in their health, fitness, and all around life, is the most rewarding part of owning a gym and being a coach."
