I went here again today and tried the Vanilla with Strawberry frosting - SO MUCH better! Not that the other ones were something to sneeze at.
Here's what happened: I came in and no cupcakes were in the display yet. She said they were in the back about to be put into containers and for me to just tell her which one I'd like to try. She went to the back to get me a cupcake and this one was so light and fluffy and delicious! And the frosting, if you recall, I said it had a odd texture (it crossed my mind later that it was very marshmallowy). Today's treat was a beautiful swirl of light strawberry flavour with a creamy, delicate texture that was near perfection. I think the lesson learned: Don't refrigerate it.
