This was such a nice hotel. I stayed here for a few days this past week, while visiting the falls for the Niagara Falls Marathon.
The hotel was within walking distance to everything: the falls, the finish line of the marathon (so I could easily go cheer on my runners), the Clifton Hill area, as well as many of the restaurants in the area.
I loved the pool and hot tub. They had breakfast every morning from 7-10:30. It was a pretty standard hotel continental breakfast, with the added bonus of a make your own belgian waffle station. They also had a cookie jar on the front desk, which was always full of tasty treats.
Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dannielle, the room attendant on my floor was a sweetheart, and always made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. -

I had to go to Niagara Falls for work. They booked me here. Overall, the hotel was fine. It was unassuming, but it was clean. You can get parking for $6 a day, but there are not a lot of spaces. It's kind of a free for all.
The only problem I really had was that the credit card used to book this was works and I had to put a credit card for incidentals (which parking was the only thing). When I checked out, they charged the room to MY debit card and not the one the reservation was made with (even though I told them to please not do that)...so then I hardly had any money left in my account because the stupid bank was holding it. ARGH! They tried to help me, but damn! they could have helped by not charging MY card! -

I ended up finding this place by luck, as my wife and I spontaneously drove up to Niagara for a long weekend and most of the hotels were either booked or at much higher prices. Since we were there for 3 nights I wanted something that wouldn't cost me too much but still get a nice room.
One of my iPhone apps recommended this place for me and I dropped by. The rooms were really nice and big, and the bed was quality - not one of those beds that creaks and wobbles but a heavy duty king size monster that was too comfortable for its own good. The room had everything from an iron and coffee maker, to a mini fridge and microwave.
We got a deal that included dinner at some local restaurants and the room for 3 nights. Breakfast was also included however I thought the breakfast was decent, but nothing like the standard buffet style breakfast I am used to. The total cost was approximately $400 for everything for the 3 nights, which was an incredible value factor.
There's parking included on property and it is located fairly close to the tourist district and all the other attractions. The hotel also sells attractions tickets for the same price (or sometimes cheaper) as you could get them at the attraction itself. We went to the Bird Kingdom, an indoor aviary, and got a better deal than we would have got there. Not to mention no lineup... and the walk to the aviary from this hotel was about 5 minutes.
Overall I would definitely go back to this hotel/inn and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. If you're not looking for Niagara Hilton or Sheraton, then this place will not disappoint. -

A nice place to stay, with large clean rooms. Despite other reviews, I found parking to be plenty. Very friendly staff, and everything went well, except that we paid cash & our credit card was charged. After several calls back to the hotel & credit card company, it was credited back. Lesson learned, if your paying cash, pay at check in! Otherwise your card will be charged too.

Staff was friendly but slow. Room (suite) with 2 queen beds and pull-out sofa bed for 7 was perfect. Kids loved the indoor pool. Walking distance to everything. Room was well maintained. Breakfast was only downer - same breakfast the 2 days we stayed. Parking can be a hassle because it's shared with another inn. Remember they charge $6 for parking a day. I would recommend for big family especially if you have seniors and children.
