I've been walking past this store for YEARS and until yesterday, I had never actually stepped foot inside. Why you ask? I have no idea.
Country Furniture is a SUPER cute furniture store that carries everything from chaises to dinner napkins. They've got a good selection of stuff and I absolutely love the ambiance of the place.
The service is good as the staff isn't overbearing and you're free to look around at your leisure.
I especially liked some of the 'stuff' they had around the cash register. They had tour books on Paris, London and Los Angeles, and they even had little journals, bath goods and some of the cutest matchboxes I've ever seen.
I did find a lot of the stuff to be quite pricey however - let's just say it was Boxing Day and even then I ended up leaving sans bags.
Overall though, a great place to have a look around! -

Went into Country Furniture a few days ago, and saw lots of neat little things I'd consider grabbing for my condo, but definately don't agree with Sapna, and her review. From the moment I walked in, I was followed like a hawk by some super annoying blonde clerk, who offered her take on everything I was looking at. I was interested in picking up a vintage sign that was on display on a ledge, but quickly lost interest after the clerk had to tell me her opinion of the signs. I left shortly after that. I stopped in there this afternoon, and was thrilled to see that the annoying blond wasn't working, and instead was helped by a guy who was super helpful, and super friendly. Will be re-furnishing my place thanks to Fred's helpful advice!
