Review from Deanna J.
A fun convenience store/coffee and breakfast place.
My husband and I had breakfast here twice. We both had the egg and cheese sandwich (you can choose between a croissant and and bagel,) coffee (I believe they offer three each morning) and shared a parfait.
Everything was amazing and I made a mental note that the calories and carbs and sugar were worth it, and I'd burn it off walking up and down Québec's hills.
I love sitting by the window people-watching while we enjoyed our breakfast. The store also has candy bars, pre-packaged sandwiches and things like that.
Definitely one of my favorite places in Québec! -

Hardwood floors, an interesting plethora of Slushi flavors, a public washroom (albeit a small one), alcohol on-site and a quaint cafe boasting a bevy of fresh pastries make Couch-Tard a must stop destination for those fortunate enough to tour old Quebec City.

This Couche-Tard location also houses a Cafe Depot store - where I filled up on Chai lattes every day I was in Quebec. Most of the time Chai lattes can be quite watery and have little flavor - well not the Chai Lattes from this Coffee Depot/Couche-Tard.
I also hear that Couche-Tard's other (non French) name is Mac's and they have a really weird (WTF) commercial that is a must watch: http://bit.ly/3UsQpo
