I took a car for a test drive and discussed the possibility of them taking over my lease. When I asked them how I would be affected (ie: what they would add to the cost of my new car), their financing guy seemed like he'd rather stand on his head than give me the info. I was left waiting for my quote and instead of chasing it down I figured I'd take my business somewhere I felt better taken care of. Too bad... I really liked the car.

Urgent* Do not deal with a sales person named DOUG.
This morning, I called to inquire on the new 2102 300C SRT that was advertised in the newspaper today. Well, first off, they had none in stock (why advertise it?).
Anyway, Doug rudely hung up on me with no explanation at all. He sounded frustrated and bitter about working with me to determine the next time there will be units there to test drive.
As Chrysler tries to build products for a new demographic (us BMW, Mercedes users) they'll need to flush out these poor quality sales people. Doug was rude, offensive (when he clicked the phone down) and has represented that dealership poorly. I will not, I repeat will never do business there in the future unless they make significant changes to their training and quality.
A very disappointing experience, but alas, not unexpected as I've heard horrible stories about this dealership over the past several years.
