My phone was stolen while attending a wedding here this past weekend.
I approached the wedding co-ordinator who was flippant and unprofessional. When I asked her if she'd seen my cell phone. She replied, "mine's right here". (Why would I ask about HER phone!?). Some of the servers were helpful and said they would keep an eye out. I am disappointed in the response I received from a person who was in a leadership role. I expected more from the Cooper Institute and it's affiliations. -

My sister had her wedding here and we were very disappointed with the service we got. There was alot of mis-communication and poor planning on the part of the event planner that works for Cooper. She did not tell my sister that they had a medical conference the same day and did not give the promised time to set up for the wedding. The food was good but as the night went on the food got cold and the staff did nothing about it. They are not very accommodating for simple requests like Kosher foods.
The only upside to the wedding is we got to stay in the Guest Lodge which was very nice.
If you are planning to have a wedding here I would say do your research!
