"$10.00 dollars of chocolate chip pecan please and I want a bag with the window."
The bag with the window has two tabs on the top that closes to insure the cookies will maintain fresh.
Love, love, love these cookies. The butterscotch pecan cookies are good too! *-*! -

Used to work in the Plaza over 10 years ago and, to date, it's still just as nice. Soft and tasty!!!

The Macadamian cookies. My new crack, lol. So addictive. This house sabotaged my diet. Oops! If you don't love fresh baked cookies, than you don't know what you're missing.

Clearly some of the best cookies in Brooklyn/New York City. Don't let ridiculous food snob or silly comments about Kings Plaza keep you away. The Oatmeal Raisin and Chocolate Chip Pecan are my favorites.

::yesterday standing in front of Cookie House with my friend Marissa::
Me: "How many cookies you want Missa?"
Marissa: "One peanut butter is fine."
Me: "Are you kidding me?! Get two so you can get your own bag and not contaminate my cookies with peanut butter."
Marissa: "I'm not that hungry it's fine."
Me: "Hi! Yes, I'd like four chocolate chip, two macadamina, and one chocolate chocolate chip and two peanut butter - separate bag for those please...I don't want them touching."
this was followed by an eye roll and I paid $5.00 flat. No napkins...I'm a rebel fingering-licking nut.
Marissa: "You have any left?"
Me: "Idk if I can share - your fingers smell of peanut butter and I flipping HATE peanut butter. And besides...I ate them all...and I'm feeling sick...again."
Damn these cookies! I can't say no!Listed in: Fill my Sweet Tooth Cavity!

Plus 10 stars for south Brooklyn for the Cookie House still exiting. The only, and I mean ONLY, redeeming quality about Kings Plaza is the fact that the Cookie House is there, and has been since they opened. However, I'd seriously only go here if I were drunk and blindfolded, as KP is as close to hell on earth as you get. But if you can get there super early in the am, or are feeling adventurous and can just keep your eye on the prize, head here and get at least 20 chocolate chip cookies. You won't be sorry.

The Cookie House used to literally be a tiny house-shaped booth in the middle of the floor in Kings Plaza. It got so popular that it needed to expand to a bigger space. That space is its current location, and they've also expanded their menu to include pretzels.
I've been coming here since I was little, and while I've seen the prices jump over the years, I'd gladly take a bag of cookies from here over Mrs. Fields'. They're chewy, not mushy. They have a really good bite to them, and that smell! How can I describe it...ok, you know how sometimes, in cartoons, the smell takes the shape of a hand and caresses your face and does that come hither motion? I swear that happens here. Every time. So delicious.
Oh, and get brownies from here. Right now. Bring back a couple for me...I'll wait.Listed in: The Sweetest Thing

I have to agree with those reviewers below me when they state that these are probably the best chocolate chip cookies you'll ever have in your life. Not too sweet, not too soft, the only problem is how easy it is to eat so many that you feel like laying down and dying afterward. But hey, waddaya gonna do.
As for the guy below who called these "fast food cookies" and suggested that people should go to a "real bakery" instead, that same guy also has glowing reviews for crap 'gourmet' gentrification bandwagon businesses like "Cafe Grumpy" in Park Slope (which sells a $12 cup of coffee) and the Shake Shack in the city (which is nowhere NEAR as good as its lemming fans claim). So that right there should tell you where his tastes lie. -

The absolute best cookies. Also the taste hasn't changed from when I was little. You can smell em damn near as soon as you enter the mall.

Delicious cookies! Nuff' said! I usually get the chocolate chocolate chip (double chocolate chip) or the macadamia nut cookies. They're quite consistent and the price is fair. It's a must-stop for anyone who goes to Kings Plaza.

OMG I can't believe this place is on yelp. I didn't even know this place still existed. I just came across it and my mouth is watering. I haven't been here in years and years, but they have the best chocolate chip cookies in the whole entire world. Yes, they do!! I mean that from the very bottom of my heart. Unfortunately, I would probably never go back because of how bad the neighborhood is, , but for those of you who don't care, go have some cookies!!

Alright these cookies aren't as good as they used to be but they are still pretty darn good. The chocolate chip and the butterscotch are my favorites. On the rare occasion I come to this dreary mall it must include a trip to the cookie house.

Why oh why would you buy these awful cookies when you live in, or are in, Brooklyn. I mean they are just fast food style cookies. I prefer a real bakery, and I also heard some nasty stories about the staff of this place. So I will never order cookies from this place.

The best cookies in New York! Yes I said it, and they can only be found in Brooklyn at Kings Plaza Mall. Cookie House/House of Pretzels has been around for a long time and since I was a kid I've been enjoying the gooey soft chocolate chip and old fashion cookies from them. They taste so good and even better when matched with some lemonade or a soda. You know the cookies and pretzels are good because even if the mall appears empty there is always a line in front of the Cookie House. If you're from Brooklyn, you know what I'm talking about. These days I only go to Kings Plaza for the cookies.

I have LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED these cookies since I was a little girl & I'm not a sweet tooth kinda girl. But I am a foodie I eat what I want from specific places & refuse to settle for some corny imitation. having said that...My colleague brought these in the other day & let's just say I nearly lost my job because another colleague insisted on being in my business about how many cookies I need to consume before he gets one. Let's just say a write up was written & my fingers are tired from typing...::evil giggle:: THE BEST cookies hands down & I DON'T NEED AN OPINION OR REVIEW TO TELL ME WHAT'S GOOD BECAUSE MY TASTE BUDS ARE DANCING A JIG!!!!

Holy crap I can't believe this place still exists! I can still smell the incredible smell of the fresh cookies baking whenever you're within 25 feet of the place. I wouldn't doubt that the staff are asswipes, and the place wasn't cheap from what I remember, but if you want good, homestyle chocolate chip cookies and you're in this area for some reason, you gotta check this place out. Now I need to plan a pilgrammage back...

The Cookie House is the cookie spot everyone else longs to be. The smell is crazy and when your trying on clothes in the mall you must be really careful as your hips and a$$ gets bigger as you sniff. Try holding your breath or stay at the far end, you may not like the choice in clothing stores, but at least you're still the same size you were when you first came in.
I mean for goodness sake if you want to be safe just eat the cookies and buy a size up in pants. You at least get the benefit of eating the cookies.
