While visiting friends out of town, we decided to hit this Portuguese restaurant, and boy was it amazing!
Conquistador restaurant is a small little family owned place and has a really warm and ethnic feel to it. The staff were all super friendly, provided great service, and were very helpful. The staff had the biggest smiles on their faces and made you feel so comfortable.
The menu is not that big, but everything looks so yummy. I remember they had: chicken, soup, steak and plenty of seafood dishes. After deciding on a spicy seafood dish, I was so impatient to try it. The food came looking and smelling great, and it truly tasted amazing! We had a Portuguese friend with us who said that the food was authentic. The prices were reasonable, portions are generous, service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean.
The only downfall is that the restaurant is a little cramped, and therefore you have less privacy.
