The finest coffee and bake shop in Tofino. Sit in the "treehouse" section upstairs with a coffee and peanut butter-chocolate muffin for a uniquely Tofino treat!

Adorable zen hippy feel inside this place!
It served my coffee needs just fine - they had tasty drip coffee and all the soy milk I wanted. We sat upstairs and looked out over the street and water - I couldn't think of a better place to start the morning.
We didn't eat anything but all the baked goods looked delicious.
Service was pretty standard island - not rushed but friendly and delightful. -

Tasty lunch with gluten free cranberry and white chocolate muffin AND a really tasty vegetarian lasagna. The staff were super friendly and so helpful. May take some lovely bread home with me on my way back to Vancouver.

I want to life Common Loaf, I really do. The place looks so cool but every time I eat here I'm just disappointed. Yesterday I had a cheese tea biscuit and it was undercooked inside. Just disappointing.

Had a HUGE cinnamon bun. It had lots of nuts and seeds in it.

One of the few places left in Tofino from the golden days before luxury condos and restaurants moved in. This is an essential place to get your healthy baked goods and get the skinny on local conservation efforts.

This place has good food and nice staff and we went several times when we were in Tofino, but it doesn't seem they believe in hair nets. The last time we were there we got a loaf of bread for our dinner. When we opened the bag there was a hair on the bread. Whatever we picked it off and cut into it. We ate a few pieces and then found hairs inside, baked into the bread. One of the grossest things I have seen.
