Called to purchase/install winter rims (not in-stock, special order) on the tires purchased at same. Received call from employee next day saying rims had been delivered. Wanted to make an appointment to have them installed. Told I do not need an appointment, simply walk-in. Walked in at 11:40 am on Saturday. After waiting five minutes listening to counter employee talk to his friend about the weekend, -told we are closed in 20 minutes. Two technicians standing outside doing nothing. Make an appointment for end of next week. Confirmed twice for 9:30am. Show-up for 9:30am and told appointment scheduled for 9:00am. Asked about winter rims and given a blank-look. Asked if rims are in-stock, no answer. Employee looks in reference book to see if (special order) rims are in-stock and asks what size my tires are. Told it would take about an hour. Asked again if rims are in-stock. Told "would we be bringing your car in if they weren't.' Employee told me to lose-the-attitude. Sat down and watched two employees 'give me attitude.' Took my attitude and money elsewhere.
