Review from Anlina S.

I've been here several times for a massage with Sara and she consistently does a great job
They were really easy to book - the first two times I went I managed to get an appointment the same day, and the rest of the time I've been able to get an appointment within a day or two. I had to leave a message once as they don't have a dedicated receptionist but they were quick to call back.
There's no private parking but there's always parking available on the street, and you can park on Academy even during rush hour.
Arrive a little early for your first appointment as there's some paperwork to fill out regarding medical history and your current complaints.
The office is nice, with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, though a little cold. I found at all my massages my feet got rather chilly, even though I was covered with a blanket. They don't seem to have extra blankets, so maybe bring one of your own if you're prone to getting chilled? She did keep a heating pad on me throughout the massage which helped, but if it was on my feet the rest of me got a little cool and if it was on another part of my body my feet got really cold.
Sara's massage table is overall nice & comfortable, though the face rest is not adjustable, so keep that in mind if it's a concern for you. I don't think it's heated but it felt warm when I laid on it.
The massages themselves were great. Sara's really strong and thorough and applied just the right amount of pressure and was attentive to my feedback and requests.
She's very friendly and bubbly and sometimes tends to be chatty (not always), though she's also very polite, so I'm sure if you preferred quiet she's honour your request.
Make sure you ask for your $10 off on the first visit - when I went in Sara wasn't aware of this promo. There's also (at the time of this review) a coupon on Yelp for your second visit - 90 minutes for the price of 60 minutes ($65). I printed off the page and brought it in and they honoured it. -

The massage clinic is located in the basement, I only say that because I was a little confused when I arrived for my appointment. Parking is whatever is available on Academy. The clinic is located across from Saucers.
My massage was on a cool spring day but like Anlina had mentioned, the room is a bit cold. I guess it doesn't help since it's in the basement so even the floors feel cold! The massage table was warm but it would've been nice if the rest of the room was warmer.
Overall, I liked my massage because the therapist I got was very professional and knowledgeable. My back issue is always the same spot in my upper back. The therapist used different techniques to help ease my upper back tension; her pressure is lighter than I anticipated, though I don't blame her because I didn't ask her to use more pressure. I found her techniques to be more relaxing so it was a nice change of pace from my other massage therapist.
Prices here are the same as other clinics I've been to - $65 for 60 minute massage. And they do direct billing to Blue Cross.
