Review from Lacey H.
This place is totally unassuming. It's schlubby and boring, with its forest green walls and ill lighting. But, amidst this depressing interior you'll find a small selection of often pretty snazzy and pricey shoes.
Today, my dear significant other found the treasure of his dreams: leather slip on moccasins, designed to be worn as slippers which he'll sport as shoes. He's been on the hunt for awhile, so imagine his delight when he came across a Canadian made quality shoe, perfectly fitting his tootsies.
The woman helping him was straight up and honest, giving him the down low on the Canadian company and telling him about their return policy should he change his mind. I browsed the female shoes and found some nice Birkenstocks as well as some pretty snazzy Aerosoles of the geriatric persuasion. So what, I have a zest for the arch support provided to seniors care of comfortable shoes - you probably wear toes socks or something, so don't judge me.
In conclusion, don't pass by this dismal looking store because of its outdated interior design elements. They have pretty great brands, offering superior quality and often high end materials. Prices are high, but if the shoe fits, can you really walk away from it? The answer is no, because you'll be barefoot. -

I fell a little less in love with Comfort Zone this past week after I headed in hoping that they would at least be willing to take a look at my Eject boots (broken zipper).
I was told instead that I would need to take them to a shoe repair shop. This wouldn't have been that odd unto itself except for the fact that i've had my boots repaired here before! The sales man helping me seemed so definitive in his response that I didn't want to bother with: 'Well, you used to so what happened?'
Definitely makes me a little less inclined to buy a pair of boots here again. The staff really need to learn how to be more amiable too. Being watched like a hawk and asked 'can I get you a size in that?' everytime you glance at something is straight up overbearing and comes across as pushy.1 Previous Review: Show all »

This is a great shoe shop! The only problem: The staff are a little too hungry to make the sale.… Read more »

Welcome to Comfort Zone's leatha. Its got cool comfort and high quality footwear written all over it... with the price tags to match.
Located within the Park Lane quarters, this shop entails a short and sweet run-through of the conservative nature. Styles range from dressy to casual, with the fine selection of Birkinstocks, heels, mens dress shoes, sandals and sneakers. All remain indicative of more put together, leather inquiries.
The selection of mens shoes here is pretty great. I noticed some lovely models that spoke understated suave. Surely my dreamboy could sport a pair from this spot.
It doesn't take long to make your way through this small shop, but the offerings can prove grand for the right person. Not exactly a spot I'd frequent for myself, I can still appreciate the quality here. In this case, you pay for what you get... so its certainly not a spot for everybody. -

Comfort Zone has some great selection of goods. They carry a nice selection for men as well. The styles are great and the quality is there as well.
You will pay more here than some places, but I feel it is worth it, especially if you are the type of person that can not fit into cheaper shoes.
This is a great store and worth the trip.
