"Functional" comes to mind . Had to stay here back in September 2010. The rooms are clean and quiet. Had no issues that I can recall.

We have stayed in this motel twice on visits to Ottawa. It is very clean and comfortable, has drive up patio windows making for easy unpacking and is very dog-friendly with no number or size limits as long as you let them know in advance. Easy access off 417.
