This is the 24/7 Mecca of east end white trash, search no more.
The food is tolerable at best and by at best I mean at 3am while blind drunk and zombie like urge to eat anything. Standard coffee shop fare of mediocre breakfast bagels, greasy rolls, premade sandwiches and boxed teas. They of course have a small box of smokes stored under the counter for those times you run out and everywhere else is closed.
The staff varies, from the daytime personnel of strange Filipino ladies to the overnight overweight chain smoking hostile east ender that runs it at night.
What makes this place truly special, and really great is the customers. Local riff raff, drug addicts, entire families of mouth breathers, on kid that looks like a menacing potato, people who stand in the street have their domestic squabbles, and the drunks.
This place is grade A people watching.
