Review from Andrea Z.
Hamilton, ON
I used to love Coffee Culture because it had a massive dining room, and was a lot quieter than other coffee shops. Today however, the place is extremely busy. People are loud, no one is willing to give up a seat, and a lot of people are just loitering there (ie. purchasing one drink for a group of three or four).
Overall, I suggest going to Coffee Culture in the morning or afternoon if you plan on dining in; and avoid weekends and weeknights if you hate crowds.
Coffee and drinks are still delicious though.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Review from Linds B.
Was in town on some business, Coffee Culture looked nice, so kiddo and I wandered in for a little lunch! We liked the setup of the place, some tables, some booths, some easy chairs, and lots of natural light - very pleasant. Ordered a grilled brie and prosciutto sandwich, and a muffin for kiddo, and settled into one of the easy chairs. A very friendly employee brought the sandwich over. It looked good. I bit into it. And.... oh my god. WORST. WOOOOORRRRRSSSSTTTTT most disgusting inedible sandwich ever. SO GROSS. While the outside was nicely grilled, the inside was mushy and cold. It was SLIMY and slick and squishy and bad. It didn't taste like prosciutto or brie or anything good, more just slimy and slightly bitter/acidic. It was cold and yucky. It tasted like if you leave a tub of pre-washed salad greens in the back of the fridge, and it kind of liquefies? It tasted like that looks. I was completely revolted. I'm not one to return food, but I asked for, and received, my money back. The lady at the counter tried to argue that I didn't know what prosciutto was like, I told her that THIS is NOT what prosciutto tastes like. She tried to argue that everything was fresh, and that the sandwiches were just made - I just told her she wasn't helping anything. A sandwich that bad is just bad, you can't make it my fault. It's not that I don't like it - it's that it is DISGUSTING. My apologies to anyone who thinks that that is what prosciutto tastes like. Ugh.
