Canadian hippies and coffee and teas. It's an independent coffee house so you have to be a fan. The baristas were friendly and happy to engage in a conversation. I dropped a fake "aboot" in my banter and I think they bit off on my faked accent or at least she didn't bother to make fun of me for being an American.
Oh so their coffee, I didn't try it. I got a peppermint chai instead. You see I had a long day and needed to get to bed in a few minutes and I didn't want tons of caffeine keeping me awake. But the wind in the town shifted and that meant that the temperature dropped like 20 deg F (~7C) in just a few short minutes. I needed something to keep me warm for my walk back. Their chai was great! Perfectly made and not out of a box either. The only downside about the place was the cost. The chai was $5.40C, that's almost $6 US dollars for a drink. Dang...
