Great, great place.
I see that everybody is complaining about the servers, but we've been there almost every other time we visit Niagara Falls and we've never had any complaints.
The decor is probably one of the best I've seen in any restaurant (that I can afford). I love the outdoor barbecue where there is always a lamb or a pig roasting (even in winter). Their pizzas are awesome and the lamb is to die for. Every other place I've been to which serves lamb, the lamb has no taste, but not here. Also, the ribs are great too...
In all, I would give this place a try, because I've either been lucky 10 times in a row to get good service or I totally avoid visiting Niagara when the help is awful. -

I am confused why there are any good reviews of this establishment. If i could give 1/5 of a star I would. This is by far the worst food I have ever eaten in my entire life. You would think a $30 meal would be something better than a room temperature frozen dinner from the freezer section of the local grocery store, but it was far worse....Very disappointing.
I went here for an anniversary dinner and it could not have been more disgusting. The staff was friendly but inattentive and left us sitting with a closed menu waiting to order for 20 minutes.
The decor is very nice and one of the reasons we decided to eat there but don't be fooled.
This is the restaurant is the pure reason we now Yelp EVERYTHING. -

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Service!!!!
We wanted to try this place as we had a coupon for it and we waited and waited and waited and still nobody came to even offer us some drinks!!
After sitting around like morons we got up and went next door to the new restaurant Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, which is another story... -

My favorite place to eat while visiting Niagara Falls - hands down. They have an indoor eating area, a patio, a tiki bar & a pizza bar -- all of which have great decor. We chose to eat at the outdoor pizza bar which with its colored chairs & teracotta bar reminded us of our trip to Jamaica. From the bar, you get a front row seat of the beautifully tiled fire oven, which is where the pizza is made.
We ordered some local Canadian beers in 20 oz size & the Coco's special pizza -- which had mozzarella cheese, Swiss cheese, chicken, olives & roasted red peppers. We were able to watch the pizza as it was being made & less than 15 minutes later, we had the freshest, piping hot pizza.
Since the restaurant is part of the Holiday Inn, you must go inside the hotel to use the bathrooms. Well, these bathrooms are nothing like any Holiday Inn I've ever seen with tipped glass sinks that looked like something off the HGTV channel.
In addition to the great pizza, beer & service, this restaurant was also the most affordable restaurant we encountered in the Niagara Falls area. The pizza was ~$15/each & 20oz beers were ~$6/each. If I could give this 0 stars, I would!
I have NEVER had such poor service in my life! We sat down at the bar area and waited for 20min for the tall waiter to say, "I'll be with you in a bit" and then waited another 20min for all the wait staff to ignore us. Trying to be patient, we figure we could move to the dinner area so that there's more waiters around. Alas, these people ignored us for another 15min.

Nice ambiance but poor service and food doesn't quite live up to the menu. Additionally several items on the menu are seasonal without being indicated as such and they get snooty if try to order items that are listed but unavailable.
