These guys are utterly fantastic.
Last weekend I was trying to get a high-security key cut. First, I tried Broadway Locksmiths, but they are closed on a Saturday - so instead I went here. Opening the front door, it was like had stepped into a store from my childhood. Friendly customers, friendly staff. Not only did they have exactly the key I needed, but they gave me a discount for having a moustache! The gentleman working behind the counter was sincere, knowledgeable and helpful. This is exactly what a store should be like and I applaud Mount Pleasant Locksmiths for fulfilling every part part of my customer service expectation perfectly. Highly recommended! -

I lost the keys to the roof rack on my car, which is an OEM German thing lacking the usual numbered lock cylinders.
I left my car with these guys - actually a friendly dude named Martin - for a bit and went to have lunch while Martin picked the lock and made me two new keys. Clearly a pro, and his talents would have been a bargain at twice the price. -

I went here to get a bent key cut. I was not holding my breath that the key could actually be cut as it was very out of shape and almost unusable. Amazingly, the locksmith at Mount Pleasant Locksmiths managed to straighten the bent key and cut a copy. I was super impressed. He also offered some sage advice: to change the entire lock completely, and he showed me what I would need in order to do this and told me it would only cost $10. I was very happy with the service at this Locksmith and would definitely come back again.

Went in to enquire about a new lock for my mailbox as the key was no longer working. Kent suggested that before I spend money I should go home and try WD-40 on the lock, which he said might lubricate it sufficiently for the key to work. He was right! Three cheers for this locksmith whose employees are honest and helpful.
