We got our office refrigerator/freezer and microwave from here.
The sales person was helpful, emailing me the product info so that I could show the top decision-maker (they didn't have any printed brochures). He gave me a business card for an alternate "Professional Appliance Installer" who could deliver with a smaller truck and may be cheaper than their own guys, who would come in a huge truck, no matter what the delivery. I didn't want to bother, though so I got Coast to deliver it.
The delivery guys came earlier than expected, but were waiting for me without complaint. I had warned the sales person that we need it delivered to the second floor, and they were happy to do so. Except that meant going up the stairs with their wet dolly tires... Good thing the carpet wasn't new. They "installed" the fridge as promised ;-)Listed in: FTR (or Second or Third), Office Move

When the home renovation people on TV tell you to measure twice, cut once... I strongly suggest you listen. Unlike me who measured and bought an entire kitchen, 3 inches to big to fit a regular size dishwasher.
My frustration got as wide as the big gaping hole I had left in my kitchen when I realized that cost effective, efficient and not ridiculously ugly apartment size dishwashers are hard to find.
Sure, there's the high end $1500 models that look sleek, but when their larger more spacious counterparts cost less, it makes you think why would anyone pay for a smaller washer? It isn't like it can wash more dishes ;p
Then I randomly waltzed into Coast and within 5 minutes I had been helped, I had a good deal on a fantastic little washer and dryer and they were telling me to skip on the delivery charges, they'd help me to my car. And that's just what happened.
Friendly, helpful and no cheesy salespeople! Next time I mis-measure, you'll know where to find me! Or maybe just when I need a fridge box I can turn into a space shuttle :-)Listed in: Condo Living in Vancouver, Boy Stuff
