I booked this hotel on http://priceline.com and found it to be a great hotel for someone who simply needs a place to sleep.  Free wireless Internet (a little slow) but it worked.  Free parking and lots of room to relax.  Central to downtown Edmonton.  5 minute walk to Jasper Ave.

Edmonton House is an older, concrete slab of a hotel shaped like a tower. I stayed here on business one night and was pleased. They have free wireless internet and the room we were in had a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. And a balcony.

The price was reasonable and they left us alone which was important because I work late at night and I couldn't be disturbed.

This place is a professional hotel and I recommend it to anyone.
