I recently left my job as a Senior Designer at a fantastic ad agency in Calgary and moved to a little acreage in BC to try my hand at being self employed. When Christmas rolled around, I decided to design my own greeting cards. I put a call in to the agency in Calgary to see if they had any suggestions as to where I should get them printed. They immediately suggested I send them to Clubcard. I had forgotten about all the great work they had done for us!
I prepared my files and needed to contact someone at Clubcard with a few questions before I fired them off. The instant chat feature they have on their website was great! My questions were answered immediately and they even sent me a nice selection of samples in the mail for me to choose from. I saw some other reviews here on Yelp that mentioned poor service. I had wonderful customer service! They kept me up to date on my project and had them sent to me in record time. I am extremely satisfied with my Christmas cards and have received a ton of compliments.
I will definitely send more work to Clubcard for their great printing, fast turnaround and excellent service. -

Poor quality and zero customer service.
We have had cards come back wrong, late, and most recently, we paid them to setup our artwork for printing as per their own website:
"Yes, we have a team of highly skilled and experienced graphic design artists that will be happy to work with you. Our rate is $100.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments. You will be quoted in advance before we begin any work."
We got back fuzzy cards and washed out artwork. Why? Because they modified a JPEG of the cards instead the Illustrator files we supplied them with. That's some highly skilled work right there (sarcasm).

Maybe it's something in the ink, but the small-run printing industry generally fails in the customer service category. Clubcard is the exception. I've used them on numerous occasions to print small (100-500) runs of promo bookmarks and cards, and they've always come through with good quality and strong customer service.
Their web-based order forms are generally easy to use, but I recommend you also call them to make sure your order is correct. I'd also recommend you call them to see if digital or offset printing is the best option for you - some of their digital work was only ok, while their offset is always smashing. -

Have always had a good experience here, albeit just with business cards.
Price is right. Quality is great.
The first time I ordered I went for 2500 cards because it was only $40 more for them rather than getting 250 - strange but true because of how the gang print runs work. Although they screwed up on my order (some black text on a red background when it should have been white) so they printed me another 2500. Suffice to say I had a lot of cards.
Today I decided to tone it down and get 1000.
Great service, great turnaround, and the price is right! -

If you're in a pinch for some quick print work, Club Card is great! Great value, really nice customer service and always helpful.

Your source for full colour cards of all sizes, stickers, posters, brochures, temporary tattoos, CD & DVD packaging, Pantone colour stationery, short-run books & calendars, custom print work and graphic design services... all this by utilizing the most advanced print and production technology, and environmentally sustainable resources. I have used these guys on a few occasion and am fully satisfied with the outcome. They are more than happy to work with you to get the best results, and they know that things move fast so their turn around time is impressive.

This place is great. The guy I talked to is really friendly and knowledgeable about printing. I expected my cards to be ready in 2-3 business days but they called in under 1 business day to tell me they were ready. Awesome! I was worried about the quality of digital printing, worrying that they may have printed the jpeg instead of the pdf but I don't think that happened because they turned out great. Overall excellent customer service and good pricing. For being downtown and so big I didn't expect to be so happy but they were great. I'd definitely recommend them. Maybe next time I'll go with his suggestion and get the premium off-set, which is what they're known for apparently.

I have gotten a hundred stories from these guys.
They have a good face and put a good foot forwards but start doing business and it is a completely different story. . . .
