    I find Calgary a decent place to visit. Lots of family stuff to do.. Lots of shopping and big box stores and restaurants and lots of choices.
    I find the roads well laid out and the driving ok. There are lots of menacing pickups on the road and they all drive up your tail pipe, but that's everyone with a quad cab super duty, duelly monster truck over compensating for a small d&$k.
    The weather can be unpredictable, the Mosquitos in some areas are horrible.
    The people are generally kind and will warm up to you quickly.
    Over all I like it better than Edmonton..

    I wasn't that impressed with Calgary. Maybe I need to go back during the summer when everyone's dressed like cowboys and cowgirls, but as far as cities go...this one was a little dull compared to the other biggies in Canada. Also...very dry! So bring chapstick (and a magazine).
