    Derek Lien is now my realtor of choice, I set the things that I wanted from purchasing a condo/home and all the specs..

    Within days he has gotten me several incredible options, upper end kitchen and bathroom fixtures, views, parking and even low condo fees, all this for even under my maximum price.

    Today we are going to view homes, he is even picking me up to view a list of places that he has set up for me today.

    Derek is a new realtor and with that he says is the commitment of working harder for you, becasue it is all so fresh.

    Don't let the green label fool you either folks, he is good at what he does, he has sold over 4 listings in the past three months, the boy is doing something right!

    All I know is that he is a gem and perhaps I shouldn't post this as I want his undivided attention.
