A very good friend of mine knows how much I love some great chocolate and that I have tried most of the chocolate shops around the city...much to my delight she found one I had yet to try and gave me a box of Cinnamon's chocolates for Christmas...there are..actually were..AMAZING!
She gave me an assortment of butter creams, caramel and nut filled ones...all oh so delicious! Since I had never heard of them I did some research and this is what their website had to say:
"Through more than 35 years in the chocolate business, Master Confectioner Tom Cinnamon has gathered a wealth of knowledge about chocolate and candy making. In April of 2000, Tom & his wife Kathi began bringing that talent and experience to bear to in their own shop, Cinnamon's Chocolates. Tom, Kathi and their staff make delicious home style, handmade chocolates and other confections from the freshest and finest ingredients available."
I can't wait to stop in a try some more of their creations one my next trip to the North Shore!
