Review from DAVE I.

Good theaters - but all the theaters should have AVX seating instead of just one.
Service is decent.
I frickin HATE the herding method of getting people to by tickets.
IMAX theaters are awesome :D -
Review from Seb A.
They get away with murder, price-wise. I'm not that old, and I remember a day when going to the movies cost $4. Sometimes prices here are pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty steep. In my opinion, anyhow. It has the same negative thingamabobs as other theatres of course - sticky floors, over-expensive junk food, bathrooms too far from whatever theatre you're watching a movie in (to ensure that you miss as much of the movie as possible), nothing for an annoying vegan to eat, people talking too loud during movies, etc. They also rarely (if ever) play francophone movies. Pense même pas d'amener maman icitte.
However, they the seats are generally comfortable, generally empty on weekdays/weeknights, has a decent arcade section (perfect for drunken air hockey matches), and their refund policy is actually pretty good. I even scored free tickets to the Dark Knight once upon a time, but that's another story. When the movie finishes sometimes the staff look at you, smile and ask, "Was it good?" and "Did you like it?" I like that. Even though they probably are being forced to do that by some asshole making 300 times the money that they do, it works at making me like them.
Great location. Shitty prices and food. So-so everything else. -

Review from Lilliane G.
Toronto, ON
Cool theatre in downtown Montreal. It's in a super-convenient location in a one of the busiest tourist areas of the city.
We were visiting Montreal and though it was sunny throughout most of the weekend, it did end up raining our final morning there, so we decided that instead of hoofing it through the streets of Montreal in the rain, that we'd chill in a theatre and watch a movie for a couple of hours.
Luckily it's connected to their underground pathway system so no need to walk in the rain to get there. Also, it plays English movies, as I understand that some theatres don't.
Didn't try any of the concession stand offerings, but they looked good.
Cost was about average for most theatres.
Only negatives I would have are the number of floors at this location...we climbed up what seemed like 10 storeys to get to our cinema. Anyway, probably not a bad thing since we gorged on food all weekend and likely needed the exercise.
Oh, and they had some technical difficulties with the projector so the movie started about 10 minutes late. -

Cheap and convenient location. Kind of showing its age though.
Doesn`t have all the first run movies showing. -
