Very organized, but if you are on a hunt for affordable fabric, it's hard. They do have a clearance bin, which you should check out.
Other than that, this place has really nice fabric, nicely organized, and can easily find your desired colour and texture. -

Like many of the fabric stores in the design district this one is wall-to-wall fabric. All of the various types of fabric, patterns, and notions are well grouped and it is easy to find what you need. They have the full gamut of fabric selection, including some nice Asian silk designs.
